Terms & Conditions

1. The Legal Entity

Simple AI Coaching is a trade name (DBA) of Pure Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wisconsin. When you book a session or purchase a product, your contract is with Pure Digital LLC.

2. Services Provided

Educational Nature: I provide coaching, training, and consulting on artificial intelligence tools. I am not an IT support technician, legal counsel, or financial advisor. Use of AI tools for legal, medical, or financial decision-making is done entirely at your own risk.

Scope: Services are limited to the hours or packages booked. Any additional work (custom coding, API integration, etc.) requires a separate agreement.

3. Payment & Billing

  • Upfront Payment: Payment for hourly sessions and packages is due 100% upon booking to secure your time slot on my calendar.
  • Currency: All prices are in USD.
  • Taxes: Prices do not include sales tax. If applicable, sales tax will be added at checkout based on your location and the nature of the deliverable (Wisconsin law).

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance via the booking link provided.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without 24-hour notice results in forfeiture of that session. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
  • Refunds:
    • Hourly: Refundable if cancelled 24+ hours in advance.
    • Packages: If you are unsatisfied after the first session, you may request a refund for the remaining un-used sessions. Once the final "Playbook" or digital deliverable is sent, the package is non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Output: You own the specific prompts, workflows, and output we generate for your specific use case during our sessions.

My Materials: Pure Digital LLC retains ownership of the underlying teaching methodology, course materials, general templates, and the "Simple AI Coaching" brand. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label my course materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pure Digital LLC (and its owners, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of AI tools recommended during coaching; (b) any errors or hallucinations produced by AI models.

Cap on Liability: In no event shall Pure Digital LLC’s aggregate liability exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Waukesha County or Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
